An office client wanted to double the size of his company and relocate to a building with ample parking and close to public transit. Savidge Investment Real Estate identified a prime sublease in the International District, and was able to negotiate a lengthy extension with the landlord directly. The result was a 16 year gross lease commitment with 25 parking stalls within a few blocks of the stadiums and public transportation, tough to replicate in any market.
